Barcelona will host Group B of the first phase of Competition of the Europe Baseball World Cup 2009.
The competition will take place beetween 9-12 September, and fans will enjoy with some exciting games among these four teams: CUBA, PUERTO RICO, SOUTH AFRICA and SPAIN.

The 2009 Baseball World Cup is organized in 5 groups playing simultaneously in 5 spots through Europe. Group "A" will be hosted at Praga (CZE), Group "C" at Stockholm (SWE), group "D" in Moscow (RUS) and Group "E" in Regensburg (GER).
First phase will last from 9 to 12 September, while second phase -including Italy and Netherlands- will be played at both countries from 14 to 20 de Septiembre. And final phase will cover 22 to 27 of this month, in several cities around Italy.
